Dedicated Virginia Immigration Lawyers
Practice Limited to Immigration Law
At Dyer Immigration Law Group, P.C., we focus exclusively on immigration law. Unlike some larger firms that dabble in employment-related immigration, or smaller firms that only handle family-based immigration, we have experience with the full range of immigration issues.
We have successfully helped many people to obtain visas allowing them to live, study, visit or work in the United States. We also help American employers hire international workers and help U.S. citizens sponsor immediate family members and relatives for United States residency.
Because immigration is all we do, we keep up-to-date with the latest changes in immigration laws, visa quota numbers, and USCIS regulations. You can count on the attorneys of Dyer Immigration Law Group to handle your immigration case in the most professional and efficient manner possible.

After September 11, 2001, our federal government underwent one of the most expansive overhauls in U.S. history. Our county's immigration functions were placed within the Department of Homeland Security. Under this reorganization, the organization previously known as the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) was split into three separate bureaus:
- Immigration benefit applications and petitions are now adjudicated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Interior enforcement is addressed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
- Border enforcement is handled by Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
