Dustin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He limits his practice to United States Immigration law. Dustin is bilingual in Spanish and English. While in law school, Dustin clerked for the Supreme Court of Argentina and the law firm of Bryan, Gonzalez Vargas & Gonzalez Baz, the largest law firm in Mexico. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Defender with the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender in Louisville, Kentucky and worked as a Managing Attorney with the Central American Resource Center in Washington, DC, where he provided low-cost immigration legal services to a regional Latino clientele.
Dustin is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Virginia and Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA Washington, DC Chapter), Kentucky Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition. Dustin is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. He is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.

Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor's of Arts in French from James Madison University. He received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and has been practicing Immigration Law since he graduated in 2006.
Benjamin is fluent in German, French and Farsi. Being a native of Germany and born to a Persian mother and a German father, Benjamin transcends all cultural bounds which allow him to effectively serve his diverse array of immigration clients. During college, Benjamin studied abroad in Paris, France for a semester, which allowed him to emerge himself into the culture and language of the people. In law school, Benjamin served as the President of the International Law Society. Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin interned at the New York City Law Department, and KPMG's Legal Department in Stuttgart, Germany.
Benjamin is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition. He is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. Embassies across the globe.
