Dustin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He limits his practice to United States Immigration law. Dustin is bilingual in Spanish and English. While in law school, Dustin clerked for the Supreme Court of Argentina and the law firm of Bryan, Gonzalez Vargas & Gonzalez Baz, the largest law firm in Mexico. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Defender with the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender in Louisville, Kentucky and worked as a Managing Attorney with the Central American Resource Center in Washington, DC, where he provided low-cost immigration legal services to a regional Latino clientele.

Dustin is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Virginia and Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA Washington, DC Chapter), Kentucky Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition. Dustin is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. He is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Griselle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico - Rio Piedras, and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University.  Griselle has more than 14 years of litigating experience before Puerto Rico's Superior Court, Appellate Court and Supreme Court, handling cases related to insurance law, torts, contracts, complex litigation cases, and others, as well as negotiation and transactional experience.

Griselle is admitted to practice law in the courts of Puerto Rico and Washington D.C., as well as the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.  Griselle is honored to have been inducted into MENSA. She is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.
