Immigration attorneys Dustin Dyer and Daniel Hwang represent those in need of family visas, business or work-related visas, those persecuted in their countries and seeking refuge in the United States, and those that are seeking to prevent a deportation or removal.

Dustin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He limits his practice to United States Immigration law. Dustin is bilingual in Spanish and English. While in law school, Dustin clerked for the Supreme Court of Argentina and the largest law firm in Mexico. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Defender with the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender in Louisville, Kentucky and worked as a Managing Attorney with the Central American Resource Center in Washington, DC, where he provided low-cost immigration legal services to a regional Latino clientele.

Dustin is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Virginia and Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA Washington, DC Chapter), Kentucky Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition. Dustin is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. He is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Biology from Temple University and a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University. He limits his practice to United States Immigration Law. While in law school, Daniel was selected to participate in the highly competitive Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) administered by the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, and clerked at the Office of the Public Defender in Virginia Beach, VA. Daniel became associated with the firm in 2003.

Daniel is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA Washington, DC Chapter). Daniel is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.

Daniel is bilingual in Korean and English.
