Dustin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He limits his practice to United States Immigration law.

Dustin is bilingual in Spanish and English. While in law school, Dustin clerked for the Supreme Court of Argentina and the largest law firm in Mexico. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Defender with the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender in Louisville, Kentucky and worked as a Managing Attorney with the Central American Resource Center in Washington, DC, where he provided low-cost immigration legal services to a regional Latino clientele.

Dustin is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Kentucky. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition. Dustin is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. He is qualified to appear before all Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States and U.S. embassies across the globe.
