Attorney Profile

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and minored in Biology from the Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA. He limits his practice to United States Immigration Law.

Daniel is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) in Washington, D.C. Chapters. While in law school, Daniel served as an Assistant to the Commonwealth of Virginia Public Defendant's Office in Virginia Beach, VA. Daniel also participated in the highly competitive Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) by the Department of Justice, Washington, D.C.

Daniel is bilingual in Korean and English.
